This beautiful area features some of the most exciting saltwater fishing on Alaska's Kenai Peninsula and is easily reached by launching your boat yourself or by tractor launch 200 yards away from the RV  park.  King salmon weighing as much as 83 pounds have been caught as well as halibut the size of barn doors along the shoreline north and south of Anchor Point. Wildlife such as moose, eagles and whales can often be seen.  Be sure to bring your camera!
